Green Home Yard provides home renovation and improvement services, including home decor and interior design, exterior and garden renovation, home security and fire safety installations, home loan and warranty guidance, roofing upgrades, solar upgrades, window replacements, flooring upgrades and bathroom remodeling. The exact scope of every project is defined in a written proposal or agreement specific to that project.
Consultations requested through the Website are provided free of charge and without obligation. Proposals and estimates are prepared in good faith based on the information available at the time and remain valid for the period stated within them. Unexpected site conditions discovered during a project may require a change order, which we will always discuss and agree with you in writing before proceeding.
We schedule work thoughtfully and communicate delays promptly — whether caused by weather, material availability or other factors beyond our control. In return, we ask that sites be reasonably accessible and safe for our crews. Our teams keep work areas tidy, respect your property and follow all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
We stand behind our workmanship and will honor the workmanship commitments described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials (such as roofing shingles, solar panels, windows and appliances) are provided by their respective manufacturers and transferred to you at completion. Our home loan and warranty services are advisory in nature and do not constitute financial or legal advice.
Payment schedules are set out in your project agreement. Deposits, where applicable, secure scheduling and materials. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We will never request payment outside the channels described in your agreement.
All content on the Website — including text, photography, graphics and the Green Home Yard name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Green Home Yard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit content without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or malicious information through its forms.
